Terms of study

These terms govern visits, appointments, and use of the Cognit Spindle website at cognitspindle.click. Cognit Spindle is the registered business name of the reading room established in 2019. The room teaches Solana staking and validator concepts in person in Namyangju, Gyeonggi, Republic of Korea.

Acceptance

Sending a booking note, paying a deposit, or sitting for an appointment means you accept these terms and the refund terms published on this website. If you attend with a second reader at one Validator Desk, you confirm that the second reader knows the same terms. Circle seats are booked per person.

The service

Appointments are teaching sessions. A reader explains public cluster concepts with printed worksheets: stake accounts, vote accounts, epochs, commission, skip rate, warmup, and cooldown. You keep your own keys. Cognit Spindle does not custody SOL, does not sign transactions, and does not select a validator for you. Figures discussed in a sitting are taken from public records at that time and can change after you leave.

Bookings and conduct

A sitting is confirmed only when the room writes back with a time. The website form stores your request for reply; it does not itself reserve the chair. You agree to arrive at the stated hour, follow the house rules on the reading-room page, and keep private keys out of the room. The business may refuse or end a sitting if a visitor asks the reader to handle keys, record a seed phrase, or disrupt other readers.

Fees

Rates are listed on the rates page in Korean won. A 30 percent deposit holds a date. The balance is due before the sitting begins. Bank details for transfer are sent in the confirmation email. Cash is accepted at the desk.

Intellectual property

Worksheets, epoch strips, field notes, and the text and photographs on this website belong to Cognit Spindle or are used with permission. You may keep the worksheet from your own sitting and copy your own notes. You may not republish the worksheets, reproduce the field notes for a course of your own, or scrape the site to build a competing catalog. Short quotation with credit, for private study, is welcome.

Liability

Study at the room is educational. Decisions to delegate, deactivate, or withdraw are yours, including losses that follow a commission change, a skipped leader slot, a lockup, or a delay until an epoch boundary. Cognit Spindle is liable for the return of fees where the refund page requires it, and for injury caused by the business’s negligence inside the reading room. To the extent Korean law allows, the business is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from how you later move stake. Nothing in these terms limits liability that Korean law refuses to limit.

Website use

The pages are provided for information about the reading room. You agree not to misuse the contact form, attempt to break the site, or present Cognit Spindle as your own service. Field notes describe cluster behavior as the readers understand it on the publication date. Cluster rules change; the sitting, not the archive, is the place to check a live account.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts of the Republic of Korea have jurisdiction over disputes arising from the reading room or this website, without prejudice to any mandatory protection you have as a consumer under Korean law.
