Small-group sitting
The Circle Workshop is the reading room’s group sitting. Eight chairs, one long table, and a shared walk through what a Solana validator owes the cluster during an epoch.
Adults who want the validator role explained in company, including campus circles and neighbors studying together. The sitting assumes curiosity, not prior operator experience.
You leave able to describe, in order, how stake weight becomes a leader schedule, how votes accumulate, and how commission is applied when rewards are posted at the epoch boundary.
Minjae Kwon leads the circle. Hana Seo joins for the commission exercise when the desk calendar allows.
Bring a notebook. Read nothing in advance if you would rather hear the vocabulary in the room. English is the spoken language. Sample leader schedules on the table use made-up validator names so the exercise stays about the method.
Eight seats. The published sitting runs Saturday 10:00–13:00. A visiting group that wants another morning is quoted separately. The circle teaches shared concepts; private account review waits for a Validator Desk.
