This page describes the cookies and similar storage used on cognitspindle.click, the website of the Cognit Spindle reading room for Solana staking and validator study. The broader handling of booking details is in the privacy notice.
What a cookie is
A cookie is a small text file a site asks your browser to keep. Similar storage, such as localStorage, can hold a short value without sending it back to a server on every page. Cognit Spindle uses localStorage for one choice about this banner. That value stays on your device.
Types we use
The site uses an essential preference record so the banner does not return after you choose Accept or Reject. Cognit Spindle does not run an analytics cookie, an advertising cookie, or a marketing pixel. Rejecting the banner does not lock any page, form, or appointment description. The reading room works either way.

Third parties
Pages request typefaces from Google Fonts. That request sends your IP address and browser details to Google as part of loading the font files. Cognit Spindle does not set a Google cookie and does not receive a copy of Google’s logs. If you block third-party requests, the text falls back to a standard face already on your computer and the appointments remain readable.
How to manage or disable storage
Use Reject on the banner to record a refusal. Use Accept to record agreement. You can also delete site data for cognitspindle.click in your browser settings; the banner will appear again on the next visit. Browser help pages for Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge explain how to block localStorage or cookies for a single site. Blocking storage does not stop you sending a booking note.
Impact of disabling
If you reject the banner or clear storage, the site continues to show rates, field notes, and the contact form. You may see the banner on later visits until a choice is stored again. Disabling Google Fonts changes typography only. It does not change a deposit, a desk time, or the content of a worksheet.
